Vision

With the full fledge implementation of 73rd amendment Act of constitution of India in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir, the grass root level unit of local self government i.e Panchayat have been made the central piece or basic unit of administration with regard to implementation of various schemes, polices, plan projects etc. In view of this paradigm shift, in implementation of polices as per the direction of Hon’ble Lt. Governor; Panchayat wise catalogue of all the schemes/ programs, has been created in respect to district Samba. This catalogue is attempts summarizes and brief all the plans, programs, Schemes, welfare measures under implementation through all the sectors in the district.
